Abstract
On April 1, 2021, the European Union (EU) Commission accepted the proposal for the artificial intelligence (AI) regulation, which is considered to be the first legal regulation on AI. On January 9th, The Digital Decade policy program 2030, a monitoring and cooperation mechanism to achieve common targets for Europe’s digital transformation by 2030, entered into force. After approval by the EU Parliament, the regulation will enter into direct force in all member states and will bring obligations for many sectors.
