Hello Qt and OpenCV

Now, we can start designing the user interface for our Hello_Qt_OpenCV project. It's always a good idea to have a clear list of specifications for a project and then devise a user-friendly UI according to the requirements, then draw the user interface on a piece of paper (or in your mind if it's not a big project), and finally start creating it using the Designer. Of course, this process requires experience with the existing Qt widgets and also enough experience in creating your own widgets, but that is something that will happen eventually, and you just need to keep practicing for it.
