Example 4.2 Analyzing Housing Sales Data
In this example exercise, we are given a worksheet as shown in Figure 4.4. The sheet
contains housing sales data from three counties. For each house sold, the data consist
of the name of the county, the number of days the house was on the market, and the
selling price.

Enter the following formula in a worksheet whose cells A1:B6 contain the data
given in Table 4.4:
