Let us go back to the webpage where we earlier found the climate data. This time we
select only the data part of the webpage and copy it. Next, we open a worksheet and
make cell A1 active. Then, we paste the copied data using the Paste Special command
and selecting Text as the option in the Paste Special dialog box. This will result in each
field of the copied data appearing in a separate column. Many of the data sources
provide a separate button on the webpage for downloading data directly as an Excel file.
