Macro Security
Macros, although convenient for automating repetitive tasks, also offer a convenient
way of spreading viruses through file sharing and email attachments of Office docu-
ments. As a result Excel provides several security settings, known as Macro Settings.
To see these settings, click on the Macro Security button on the Developer tab. This will
cause Excel to display the Trust Center window with the Macro Settings selection, as shown
in Figure 10.6.
