Investigative Interviews
Interviews are an important part of the investigative process. Determine not only whom to interview, but the sequence in which the interviews should take place. If the investigation involves a complainant (the individual who has made the complaint), this person is probably the logical first interview. In other investigations where the cause of a problem is unknown, it is best to begin with the person who would likely be the most knowledgeable about the issue.
