Signatures on CM Documents

Abstract

We want many functions involved in the CM processes, the more eyeballs the better. Involvement is different than signing. Realize that signatures add time to the processes without necessarily adding value. Minimize the signatures involved in each process. Devise a method wherein anyone directly affected by the process/documentation has the ability to stop an action without a signing privilege. Make sure people understand what their responsibilities are and what their signature/approval is for.
