Sometimes it’s worth the battle to try to expand or change the definition of a word. I’ve been doing that for most of this book: helping the reader begin to view conflict as a leadership opportunity. Conflict is something we do. We mostly have not done it well. However, we can do it well. Actually, we can be great at it.
