Protecting Your Reputation
Managing the public’s perception of an organization’s organizational safety program, including perceptions of its conflict resolution strategies and its security personnel activities, plays an important role in conflict resolution, organizational safety, and reputation protection. Successful organizations typically do an effective job creating positive public impressions of their products or services while simultaneously managing negatives ones. However, many of these same organizations fail to include organizational safety as a service for which public impressions also need to be managed.
