We start the chapter by examining some of the key changes in the digital world of work and describing each of the generations in today’s workforce in more detail. We then focus on the different values and expectations between generations, especially between new recruits/graduates (typically Generation Y) and their bosses (typically Generation X), with tips on how to turn any obstacles into opportunities.
