Your meetings and agreements are where culture shows up.

Your mindset is solid, you’re growing leaders, you’re holding containers left and right, you’re creating a culture of feedback. And now you have a meeting. It might be with 2 people or 200. It may be for two minutes or 12 hours. And you might be with them in the room or a thousand miles away doing it virtually. Either way there will be impact. Your quality of IEP, how well you prepare, and the agreements you create together will determine what kind of impact you make and how much your team loves your meetings, or not.
