Whereas in the past blind and partially sighted people might have
been able to use a mobile phone to make a phone call and possibly
send a text message, nowadays, with new text to speech (TTS) devel-
opments like VoiceOver on Apple and TalkBack on Android, Smart
Phones are getting more and more accessible, opening up a world
