SYNOPSIS

A picture is worth a hundred words. Flow chart is a means of depicting a process in terms of its sequence, logical linkages and process activities. Thus, a flow chart is a powerful tool in analysing the problem, devising suitable format to capture data and planning suitable action to prevent defects.
