What is the value of an hour of your time?  Professionals lament that they just don’t have enough hours in the day or if they just had more time they could get more done.  Unfortunately, you can’t have any more time.  Time is the one thing that is consistent; there are 24 hours in every day.  Sure, you could get up an hour earlier, every day, five days a week or you could stay up an hour later.  Let’s do the math – that would be 260 extra hours in a year with 24 hours in a day, which would be a little more than 10 days a year.  Great!  However, could you possible be productive at 4:30 AM if you already get up at 5:30 AM?  How about 12 midnight, would you be productive then?  You might already be stretched ...
