Abstract
A chatbot, also called a chatterbot or a conversational agent, is a piece of software that is powered by artificial intelligence and can have a smart conversation with one or more human users at any time and from anywhere. They are computer programs that can understand and respond to input in natural language, just like a real person would. With the help of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, it is now possible to come up with ways to build computer programs that mimic the way people think when they are trying to solve problems. Chatbots are an important part of the study of artificial intelligence because they help users get information and help them finish tasks by using advanced AI techniques. Chatbots are used in almost every type of business to answer customer service questions.
