Abstract
Conversational artificial intelligence (AI), also known as a chatbot or virtual assistant, has become increasingly popular in recent years. The technology allows machines to communicate with humans in natural language, providing a seamless user experience. This paper provides an overview of conversational AI, including its history, applications, and technical aspects. We also discuss the challenges and opportunities of conversational AI, such as natural language understanding, ethical considerations, and personalized experiences. Finally, we explore the future of conversational AI and its potential impact on society. Conversational AI will completely change the way we interact with machines, and this paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of this exciting technology.
