Storytelling

All of us create narratives about who we are and where we are going. The stories we tell about ourselves make a huge difference in how others see us and how we create our futures. Story-telling is a skill that we need to develop to be effective communicators who can inspire others to see the vision of where we are coming from and going together.

Let’s explore what story you and your organization may be telling. To do so, I’ll introduce you to an archetypal model about how we cast ourselves into roles and plot lines.
