This specifies the default retention period for all new data sets on tape
volumes (use a value between 0 and 9999 days). The specified value is
added to the current date to determine the expiration date.
REUSEBIN(STARTMOVE)
Specify to control how DFSMSrmm reuses bins when when a volume is
moving from a bin:
STARTMOVE A bin can be reused as soon as a volume starts moving
out of a bin. Extended bin support must be enabled before
