20.1 Abuse and Harassment

Writer and lecturer Dale Carnegie* (1888–1955) was the author of How to Win Friends and Influence People, first published in 1936. Carnegie emphasizes the importance of kindness and dealings with dignity.

It has sold more than 15 million copies. All his books have sold more than 50 million copies in different languages, and more than 7 million people have attended the Dale Carnegie courses.
