Handling layouts and views

We're going to take a break from routes for a bit and add some fun frontend functionality. Every application consists of a number of pages which we'll call views. Each view has a standard layout that these views will populate. Layouts are a wrapper for views and may contain links to CSS references, navigation, or whatever else you think makes sense to be common to each view.

Using Bones to support views and layouts

In order to support views and layouts, we will need to add some additional functionality to our Bones class.
