A FEW SUMMERS ago one of our networking groups discussed how the members’ career choices might have been different if they knew then what they know now. Some had changed careers before, while others were doing so for the first time. Everyone, however, felt dissatisfied about the process. They all wanted to know: What is the best way to go about making a career choice? What factors are important and in what order do you rank them?
