At the start of Chapter 3, I set you the impossible challenge of trying to understand the bizarre “Mall Cupola chart,” which you were not meant to take seriously. I must warn you that I’m going to take a similar approach in some parts of this chapter. Not because I enjoy annoying my readers a little every so often (nothing could be further from the truth). The real reason is that Excel 2007 also sets its users some challenges (serious ones this time), and you’ll need to spend time pondering—and occasionally—puzzling over these before you can overcome them.
