Guiding the Product Ownership

As Product Owner, you evolve the Product Backlog, reordering the existing items and adding or removing items based on learning. Product ownership comprises many vital areas of activity. First, there is customer understanding to discover which problems to solve for maximized value delivery. Second, there is providing vision and direction that enable the teams to self-manage toward a common goal. Third, there is collaboration with stakeholders about investments, schedules, and expected outcomes. The Product Owner maintains transparency by keeping the Product Backlog visible to all stakeholders, such as senior management, the team, and customers.
