Some real estate careers don’t end until the central character finally is forced to exit from the scene.
Maybe such characters just love the work too much to quit. Maybe they have achieved a comfortable lifestyle—good income from the properties, and minimal need for active oversight—and there’s no compelling reason to make a change. If so, more power to them.
