Staffing
Abstract:
Staffing an information literacy instruction program can be challenging. Libraries rarely have enough personnel to conduct as many classes as they would like, much less the time to develop and implement classes. Having made the commitment to teach, however, those leading classes must be evaluated in order to help improve teaching and, ultimately, student learning. Student and teacher evaluations are important parts of an overall assessment plan.
