Abstract:
To ensure that an information literacy program is actually meeting student learning objectives, a number of assessments must be conducted. Rarely welcomed by librarians, such assessments are critical to determining whether the program is effective. In addition, these assessments lead to program improvements, ultimately benefitting the student.
