THE LEADERFUL CONCEPT IS NOT ENTIRELY NEW; IT HAS EMERGED from the work of many practitioners who have realized that we no longer need to inspire from the front. In part II of the book, I am going to present some of the noble traditions that found this new concept and should reinvent how we think about leadership.
