Becoming the Observer

Everything begins with becoming the observer of yourself and the world around you. We cannot become intentional and deliberate in our thoughts, emotions, and actions if we are on autopilot simply reacting to people and life’s situations. In this chapter we will discuss the observer from two distinct vantage points. The first centers on becoming the observer of yourself and the second practice involves becoming the observer of the world around you. The first practice fosters your ability to lead from within and awakens your receptivity to your internal guidance, your connection to who you really are.
