After 30 years of searching for what I believed would be a magical solution to the fear and stress associated with so many peopleâs working lives, I now know there is no silver bullet and that it will always be evolving. The human being is an evolving species and as such we can only expect to see evolution in our businesses and schools worldwide as we seek better and more humane ways of interacting.
