Creating the Accountability Culture

Prologue

Life is funny. After 30 years of searching for what I believed would be a magical solution to the fear and stress associated with so many people’s working lives, I now know there is no silver bullet and that it will always be evolving. The human being is an evolving species and as such we can only expect to see evolution in our businesses and schools worldwide as we seek better and more humane ways of interacting. The entire premise of science is to uncover new and wonderful things about our world and those that inhabit it so it stands to reason that as science uncovers new things about what it means to be human, we will utilize this new ­information to create better businesses, better working environments, and more meaningful ways of ...
