Writing a book was one of those ideas that was frequently talked about but hardly entertained. However, when the opportunity presented itself, we jumped in with both feet. During the process, jobs changed, relocation occurred, other enticing projects popped up, and jobs remained demanding. Needless to say, we never would have moved forward with this project if it wasn’t for the support and guidance from a number of individuals, both in our professional and personal lives.
