Model External Stakeholder (or Customer) Questionnaire
This questionnaire is presented as a model only. It has been modified from actual questionnaires developed originally in 2001 by Farnum Alston and The Crescent Company and used ever since. A questionnaire of this type must be tailored to fit the organization. Every organization must choose the best approach for it to use when conducting an external assessment.
