Creativity is all about “bringing forth,” and that requires action. A key element of creativity is curiosity. Curiosity is a superpower all of us have. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for our curiosity to be buried due to inputs that shape beliefs about how we are supposed to show up, how we are supposed to act, and how we are supposed to “adult.” Ultimately, fear of judgment, rejection, and not being enough can become inhibitions and kryptonite to curiosity.
