Ensure That Everyone Becomes Responsible
When everyone is a leader, then everyone is responsible for guiding the organization toward its future. Everyone is responsible for maintaining alignment with values. It is not just the job of the person in authority. The whole point of liberating people is so they can take the initiative to do something on their own. When you have liberated the leaders within your constituents, you will see individuals go right to fixing the problem instead of just fixing the blame.
