4.1 Introduction

Individual elements such as line, planes, and edges of a circle in two‐dimensional sketch comprise a three‐dimensional (3D) object or part as discussed in Chapter 2. In this chapter, we will learn how to develop a 3D part and its features with 3D tools such as directional and radial patterns, as well as hole tools.
