You will often hear people talk about “target users” but this can be a deceptive term. Generally, in crowdfunding, there are often three types of target users that can be approached simultaneously, these are:
• End users, and
• Fun seekers
Each one has a different role to play in your campaign’s success through the granting of crowdconsent. They also play a role beyond the crowdfunding activity when the product or service is actually on the market. Continuous engagement with these groups will help you to create a long-term relationship with them and ultimately lead to a sustainable enterprise.
