Bob Thomas and I began discussing the central themes of this fascinating new book on leading and learning almost a decade ago. I was struck then by Bob’s passion and distinctive ideas on this critically important subject, which we believe is central to how leaders develop and how individuals learn to lead meaningful lives, whatever they do professionally.
