Description:

Defines the median volume level for the waveform of the audibly rendered content. Thus, a waveform with large peaks and valleys may go well above or below the volume level set with this property. <number> values are clipped to the range of 0 to 100, inclusive. Note that 0 is the same as silent and 100 is the same as x-loud.
