3.5 mm mini A connector that is similar in appearance to a 1/4-inch phone connector, but much smaller. It measures 3.5 mm in diameter.
8P8C (eight position, eight conductor) A modular Ethernet connector. It is attached, or terminated, to the cabling. It is commonly referred to as an RJ-45 connector, which is technically the term for a different connector (8P2C).
