Developing an AV Project Scope

In this chapter, you will learn about

•   Compiling information for the functional audiovisual (AV) system scope

•   Documenting the functional AV scope with the concept design report/program report

•   Presenting your findings to the client

As recounted in previous chapters, during the initial stages of the AV systems design and coordination process, the AV team assembles the information it will use to identify the specific AV systems required to meet the client’s needs.
