HOW THE SWISS FEED

The traditional Swiss pattern of meals starts early in the morning with a ‘continental’ breakfast—yoghurt, bread and jam, cereals of various kinds (including that fine Swiss institution of Birchermüesli), all washed down with milk, coffee or chocolate.
