In order to set the tone for this discussion, let’s flash back to 1993. Are you there? If so, then you should notice there’s no such thing as a Web browser or broadband or WiFi, or any of the digital plumbing that we now take for granted that’s fueling so much of what is now roiling the “old media” world of television networks.
