Whether you’ve ever noticed it or not, human beings have patterns. Yes, even you. Chances are, when you wake up in the morning, you have set patterns that you adhere to almost subconsciously, without even being truly aware that you’re engaging in them, every single day. For some, it’s wake up, coffee, shower, face world. For others, there’s a workout involved. For some, like me, feeding two very loud cats enters the picture.
