Microsoft Teams Third-Party Apps
This chapter will discuss various third-party apps and will teach you how to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps with Microsoft Teams. In earlier chapters, we explained that there are three types of apps available on Microsoft Teams; out of them, we discussed built-in apps built by Microsoft and custom apps built by customers with their developers and teams. In this chapter, we’ll look at the final type of Teams apps, which are built by independent software vendors (ISVs).
Using various third-party apps on Teams will help users of Microsoft Teams get more productive as they can work on many things from Teams without having to switch back and forth between various apps.
