THE HR FUNCTION AS AN ID&E PARTNER
A common challenge organizations face is how to scale ID&E efforts and reach all their employees effectively and equitably. For medium to large companies with global footprints, the practice of integrating ID&E knowledge into the fabric of their people strategy can be daunting in scope. For small companies with a solo ID&E professional on staff—or none at all—doing this work can seem impossible.
