So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This layer supports both connection-oriented and connectionless data services. It assumes that all cells
corresponding to single message follow one another in a sequential order and the upper layers of the
application provide the control functions. This layer is also known as simpleandefficien algorithm
layer (SEAL). Here, the CS sublayer appends a trailer to the packet taken from upper layers and then
passes it to the SAR layer. The SAR layer forms 48-bytes frames from it and then passes them to the
ATM layer.
