– evaluate the quality and relevance of decisions;

– challenge itself to reformulate, change and improve.

6.1. Data valuation mechanisms

Since the advent of computers and the Internet, the amount of data stored in digital form has been growing rapidly. More and more data silos are being created around the world. Individuals are making more and more data available to everyone via the Web. Many companies collect information about their customers and their behavior. Many industrial and commercial processes are nevertheless controlled by IT. Medical test results are also kept for analysis.

The increase in data produced by companies, individuals, scientists and public actors, coupled with the development of computer tools, offers new perspectives for analysis. Thus currently, not only is the amount of digitally stored data very large, but also the type of data is very varied.
