By this point you may be somewhat overwhelmed by the breadth and depth of change that this data tsunami is going to bring to your world. Fear not, because you can already take steps to not only survive this data crush, but to potentially thrive because of it. In this section, I present six recommendations for how to manage all of this information and how to put it to use in driving your business forward.
Finally, I close with a chapter dedicated to a preview of the future. Based upon the evolution of technology through the early-2010s and current trends, I try to forecast what the world might look like in 2020.
