The Data
The online survey was offered to all registered nurses
employed by the hospital. A total of 854 nurses were invited to take
the survey. Upon opening the survey, the respondent was asked to
give their consent to participate in the survey. If consent was not
given, the survey application closed.
The data from selected
survey questions and respondent demographics is contained in the file
EBP_Survey_Responses.jmp and data definitions are given at the end
of this case. A copy of the complete survey can be found in the online
resources that accompany this book.
