Problem Statement
Initially, the Nursing Research
and Evidence-based Practice Council wanted to know if registered nurses
viewed the hospital’s EBP changes positively. This is best
represented by the response to the survey question “All of
the practice changes so far have been practical and fit well with
the workflow of the unit.” This is one of seven statements
about evidence-based practice where the nurses were asked to rate
the hospital’s performance.
