Thanks to the fine work of Dr. Colleen McCue of the Richmond Police Department, Crime Analysis Unit, it is now possible to predict the future when it comes to crime, such as identifying crime trends, anticipating hotspots in the community, refining resource deployment decisions, and ensuring the greatest protection for citizens in the most efficient manner.
